ICT is the effective method of teaching. The learners they enjoy it so much that lots of their time they spend on computer lab working not playing games.

It is true that the learners feel comfortable and enjoy using ICT's in learning ,it is because they were born during the e-times and as such they are refferd to as digital migrants.
